The Spire encompasses a prominent northeast section of Downtown Dallas. Popular attractions immediately accessible include the new Klyde Warren Deck Park and the Farmers Market; however, most notably, The Spire adjoins the acclaimed Dallas Arts District, the largest arts district in the country. The core concept of the Masterplan is a vibrant, walkable greenbelt park connecting the DART Pearl Street Station public transportation to the Dallas Arts District. This unique park connection will provide amenity spaces for retail, residential, hospitality, and office uses. Its character will be refined, engaging, and classic, yet modern, with architecture complementing the existing style of neighboring landmarks.

The intersection of North Central Expressway (US-75/I-45) and Woodall Rodgers Freeway opens Downtown Dallas to all reaches of the Metroplex.

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) rail line is adjacent to the south and the Pearl Street DART light-rail station is located less than 200 steps away. The DART Bus Transfer Center is located within an 1/8 of a mile.

Master Plan

The Spire is situated in the northeast section of the City of Dallas’ Central Business District . The core master planning concept for the site is a vibrant, walkable civic greenbelt effectively connecting public transportation (the DART Pearl Street Station ) to the Dallas Arts District .
